Scammers clone listings by copying and pasting details from a legitimate listing, then offering the property as a rental at a very low price. Remember, if the price seems too good to be true, it is. These scammy listings are often for sole intent to either steal your identity or swindle you out of a “fee” for a credit check that will never actually occur, or first month's deposit.
